Next Monday (19 September) has been declared a bank holiday for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral so people can pay their respects and commemorate Her reign.

As is usual for a bank holiday most council services won’t be available, and revised arrangements will be in place for recycling and waste collections.
