The number to call - 01934 888 888 – replaces the previous system where two different numbers were used for both in and out of office hours.
Now you just need to call us on one central number at any time of the day, but please only call out of office hours during an emergency.
We’re making this change because of the digital switchover, when all analogue UK phone lines will be switched over to digital phone lines by the end of 2026.
Our old analogue out of office hours number is being disconnected as part of this programme.
To help with the transition, the old number (01934 622 669) is automatically diverting to the new number for the first month.
For a further month, the old number will remain active but anyone who calls it will be asked to redial 01934 888 888.
When the transition period ends, the old number will be formally disconnected.
