Thanks to funding we’ve received, we’ve invited 5,000 randomly chosen households to take part so if you got a letter, please do complete it.
We want as many people as possible to answer the questionnaire so we can understand better the health and wellbeing needs of local residents.
These insights will help to make data-informed decisions as we work to reduce inequalities.
The feedback will help shape future decisions and service design.
It’s been 10 years since we conducted a survey of this kind so it will give the opportunity to see how things have changed in the last decade.
Additional focus group work with children and young people will also take place in the coming year, and we’re continuing to develop our citizen’s panel.
Together, this work will help us decide where we need to focus our money, time and resources to support people in our communities.
All answers will be treated confidentially and anonymously, and we won’t link or report your responses in a way that could identify you or your household.
The letter contains a website address and password number for you to complete the survey online.
Printed versions are available for those unable to complete it online.
