More outdoor events to enjoy this spring

Warmer weather means more opportunities to get out and explore the local area, with lots of events for all the family.

Here is a short selection of some things coming up soon…

  • Enjoy thrills and spills at the Sean Rogers Fun Fair in Nailsea until Monday 3 May at Millennium Park. Track and Trace and other coronavirus restrictions apply.
  • Hay Wood Bluebell Open Weekend, near Hutton – 10am-4pm, Saturday 1 May and Sunday 2 May. See the bluebells in full bloom. A circular route through the wood. Please follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Pick up something tasty to eat or drink at the popular eat:Clevedon event on Saturday 15 May, at Alexandra Park in Clevedon.
  • Are you interested in learning to write for young adults? Spend an evening online with author Yasmin Rahman to learn the basics, organised by Weston Writers Nights, on Thursday 20 May.
