Join our bus forum to have your say on the future of public transport in North Somerset.

Hear directly from councillors and bus operators about current and future plans for bus services, share your experiences during a workshop, and suggest ideas to help shape local routes and public transport options.

The forum aims to bring the community together to discuss how to improve the area's bus services, making them more reliable, accessible and user-friendly for everyone.

It’s a great opportunity to share your experiences and ideas directly with us, whether you rely on buses for your daily commute or only use them occasionally.

There are two ways to get involved, either online or in-person.

The online forum is from 6pm to 7.30pm on Monday (19 May), via Microsoft Teams.

Register in advance on the Eventbrite website.

The in-person event takes place from 3.30pm to 5.30pm on Wednesday (21 May) at The Campus, in Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare.

Register for the in-person event on the Eventbrite website.

The forums are part of our ongoing work with the West of England Combined Authority to deliver the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP), funded by the Department for Transport (DfT).

The plan includes a series of long-term investments in the public transport network to improve frequency, reliability, and accessibility, with upgrades to bus stops, new transport hubs, and better pedestrian and cycling facilities.
