The session will take place on Wednesday 1 April, one month before the next phase of the Renters' Rights Act comes into effect.
The event is designed to give landlords the opportunity to learn more about the changes and what they will mean for managing rental properties.
Hosted by our Private Rented Housing and Lettings teams, the event will feature a presentation from James Gladwin of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).
James will outline the key elements of the new legislation, explain how it is likely to affect landlords and highlight the support and guidance available to help them prepare.
Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for landlords to ask questions.
Due to anticipated interest, two sessions will be held on the day to make the event as accessible as possible. These will run from 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm at The FoodWorks SW in Weston-super-Mare.
